CDB knew the bulk of the convention yet it was recieved on the 30/11 and rejected the next day by them
At the moment there is no need for Hanlong to T/O SDL because SDL are still working towards production,so the delays will keep coming and Merrils keep manipulateing the SP
The big problem is SDL are supposed to be working for SH and not HL
HL will take over SDL but when they are good and ready its a shame that GJ and the board are not on our side, if they were we would not be in this position today.
