    Maybe that's all wishful thinking but I would be frustrated if they raised capital when they are supposedly on the cusp of being cashflow positive from iron ore, plus they are trying to sell off some assets. IMO if all they have said is true then there is no need to issue the full 40m shares to raise $$$
