    30 of July seems a bit excessive, considering that the last appeal notice time was only 30 days.

    Have I read it wrong??
    If the current appeal has to be re-submitted by 3rd of May.
    If the applicant fails to do this, does it mean that the 30th July will be cancelled and the NT be awarded earlier??

    Does this also open the appeal process again for other applicants??

    Hopefully someone with legal knowledge can help me out here.
