Well the delay for 30 Jul 13 will just be to get a time for hearing and would be the next earliest date for the court to hear. No problems there.
Seems the TO's did not even lodge the documents right this time so have to 5 May to do so, if they fail this given the history in this matter they will be given another opportunity.

We will just have to wait now.
Hope the SPP goes well as without the OXX cash on derby coming in this will delay us going forward and will place pressure on our cash position, without any other deals such as farmout Cyrano etc.
