    This is a thinly traded stocks and there other reasons for sale other than the company itself.

    I seriously doubt that a shareholder with 1,000 shares for sale will suddenly know something that the major shareholders who are certainly not selling do not.

    The strategy on this one is quite simple. Get yourself set and then wait for the outcome of the commercial development stage.
