Gentlemen
Teledyne could not have signed the mass production agreement without:
1. Undertaking due diligence to confirm that the system actually works; and
2. Being capable of mass producing the system.
If they did not, they would rather be misleading the market.
Could be viewed as a roundabout way of AKP confirming that there is a green light to both the above questions.
