You are right in your explanation, NEN would be obligated to report what the material item may be. Also the management are conservative and would err on caution.
If we accept this then all we have to do is wait fortune results. Mind you the size and quality are now the determining factors. Which will determine the value of NEN and subsequent pricing, I guess this is always the litmus test?
