    Hi Maxpowerdc,

    I too have been holding on with my acceptance for the same reason you stated. There is probably a lot of people doing the same thing and am starting to wonder if it is time to commit. Nothing on the grapevine re another offer so maybe the best course is to try and get this thing up??
