Yes I understand those points however with all due respect I think it does make a difference when we 'accept'.
If there are quite a few, as I suspect there is, like Jay, Maxpowerdc, myself that have been holding on and now decide to 'accept' it could provide the momentum to get up if there is a reasonable percentage of stock belonging to such holders. It may prompt others to 'accept' if the percentage is seen to be meeting the time/percentage target.
It also does not elude me that there could be various 'reasons' to our very financially savvy an excellent negotiator friends to the North as to why an 'acceptance' could be viewed as too late or invalid or whatever. I would not like to be caught in that situation that it doesn't allow the time to fix up or resubmit.
PS The sentiment of 'none' position is simply and indication of my intention to accept.
