With only $380K left in the bank at the end of the quarter (less by now), how can the Chalk Sea "resolution" NOT be material??

50K outstanding royalty (which was already held)

50K for Chalk Sea legal costs.

??K for GGP legal costs ???

... plus ongoing 1.5% from now on.

I know nathanblack said something about it not being material because of the losses GGP have racked up, but that doesn't really cut it for me.

Surely the term "material" should relate to the companies financial position at the time of the announcement.

Given that we only had $380K left at the end of the quarter - then SURELY these costs are material to the wellbeing of this coy ???

Just my opinion.
