to me it is a few effects. It shouldn't be up to the BoD to determine if its material. In the Prospectus there should have been mentioned the ORRI and the Petro Raider/Paul Page issue and then let the SH determine what the effect is.

These two EFFECTS should have been disclosed as part of the ASX continuous discloser rules and been included in para 6. in the prospectus as they NEW these were in place prior to acquisition of PB.
