Now Zijin has bought 145Million shares from Genorah - does that not put them over 20% - I thought you had to make a takeover ?
Or are they treated as a related party now with a written deal with NKP.
Does anybody know how many shares Genorah are left with now ?
In the 2001 AGM presentation they are listed as holding 61% or 380 mill shares.
Has that slipped back ?
