SmartTrans Holdings Limited (SmartTrans) notes recent media reports in relation to the
trading status of bitcoin exchange MtGox.
SmartTrans advises that it has no relationship or exposure to this trading exchange and
that no assets were held in this exchange.
SmartTrans, through the jointly owned Digi8, does not speculate in the Bitcoin market
and promptly converts the Bitcoin payments it receives into USD and transfers these
funds into its associated company’s bank account.
