I'm stoked with the news, but i'm not sure i agree with this confidentiality of results.
Surely the information being kept "confidential" is price sensitive information that must be released to the market. How "confidential" is it going to be anyway?? We've seen this boat seem to be a little leaky on announcement days, so in my view all this does is advantage those that may be closer to the action.
If the idea of keeping the flow rate confidential is to secure/finalise a 'takeover' deal of AKK by Halcon, then all this does is stiffle (pun) the share price so when the offer comes it appears at a higher premium than if the info was released and the market reacted.
I'm surprised at this move. Halcon may want it, but surely AKK would want to release good news to the market to boster value.
Anywho, we'll see in time
