Solomon Islands Litigation Update


Axiom Mining Limited (“Axiom”) advises, that due to the recent flooding in Honiara, Solomon
Islands, the trial in the High Court of Solomon Islands has adjourned to reduce the demand on
resources in Honiara.
The trial will resume on 29 April 2014.
The trial has progressed to the point where the claimants’ case has now closed.
There was also a number of earthquakes and a tsunami warning in Solomon Islands on the weekend.
Axiom is pleased to report all staff and property are safe and secure.
