The director options were issued at 8.8c on 19/12 , so the conspiracy theory that the directors did this to get cheap oppies is incorrect. I like the other theory that they didn't want to hand over the dividend to African Minerals. I estimate the dividend due to African at 2.4 million which would probably be enough to buy half the company if things dont improve. Ironic if CFE were to become a substantial holder in AML!
