I'm thinking along those lines too, sloanrunner. It makes a lot of sense that Timis and Sage may have concluded its best not to pay away any dividend to a sinking ship. I still think the goal is to pick up the transport cheaply and look to package up the London Mining, CFE marampa and transport into a profitable company owned by Timis and CFE as a minority holder.
