According to the Company, Tony Sage is in Africa and will be returning on the 15th.

There are obviously discussions going on with Timis and African Mining whilst the latter is battling to stay solvent. Not sure that the decision not to pay the dividend at this time would have anything to do with African Minerals. More likely that the cash flow is the issue short term as already pointed out in some posts.

At the very least, hopefully we will get an update late next week as to how Timis Mining is progressing and when the royalties can start to flow. Hopefully also, we can get an idea as to when the Marampa iron ore is likely to commence to be mined for the US$3-5 royalty per tonne.
