Here's a thought... relating to Biota's and Glaxo's mediation meeting scheduled next week.
Don't Glaxo have to produce all their documents about the sales of Relenza? (after all that's what the mediation is about)
If so, would not Biota have the right, or even the legal duty of continuous disclosure to declare that information to the market by way of an ASX announcement?
Anyone?
