I (respectfully) disagree Hotfire. Suggesting "these guys have form" paints a vastly different picture to the truth, which is that in 2013 (nearly 2 years ago) they issued a scoping study release which, if we want to be factually correct about it, would have been allowed under the previous JORC code, and was no longer allowed under the updated JORC code. A search of a number of other company announcements (not all of them in graphite either) indicate that there were a number of boards caught out by the new technicalities inherent in the updated JORC code. That to me doesn't indicate "form" at all.

As for why didn't the sp go higher? Well the smart money knows that changing an NPV number is as easy as changing the discount rate, or any other of 20 different variables. It's not an accurate investment tool yet (too many forward looking variables) to be of any real use to anyone serious.

I do, however, agree that it's a distraction.
