13s are up and market depth looks very healthy (if you they are real???).......I think that subject header "Plant Shutdown" was a bit misleading and ppl sold, should have been release end of yesterday trade or early in the morning with a 1 hr trading halt given it was price sensitive.
Lucky I didn't have a SL of 11s.
