Here is something of interest.
"The Solomon Islands Rules do not provide that judgement (for appeals) must be given in open court, but section 11(9) of the Costitution provides that all proceedings, (including the announcement of the decision of the court), must be held in public."

So it appears that just an email to the parties is "not appropriate".

Sorry mate if my question was a bit nebulous.

I'm not sure about the courts, I mean axiom staff i.e. the legal team etc.

I was given some news that they went to the Solomon's yesterday and I was wondering if it was for an announcement or just a routine visit or if my information is wrong.
