I dont want to alarm BUT; the co. is advising that shs vote FOR proposal one. This is to issue in excess of 20% - basically for free.

The proposal is up for vote in feb.

The recommendation stems from fact that the prem + div penalty will not b able to b funded by cash, hence stk used as payment.

Now.

As this is not required until feb it musteans the dec MS review (for whatevr reason) is unlikely to cover/fund the payment. This the only hope to avoid default is to pay by shrs. This is very telling in terms of Ms status.
