Timber, I had more respect for your posts than this rubbish.
The Board is only making sure that in the event of the conditions for default are met, then they have SH permission to resolve it by issuing shares if necessary.
60 million shares were reserved with ComputerShare when loan was taken out to cover such events.
Appears they need SH permission if full issue needed.
This has nothing to do with MS. Strategic Review.
Just to be plain.
I am just as disgusted as all SH in regard to this loan, but UNIS maintains that a default has not occurred.
Another observation.
When the HC posts are positive the ASX goes green.
Last night on NAS it was green until the negative HC posts started.
I believe that as long as they think they can get Aussies to sell they will keep the pressure on and lower the SP.
