    The longer this goes on the more "confident" I am that this company is sinking in the quick sand.

    Why would anyone (partner) pay $1 (??) a share when they see someone else getting them for about 15-20c.

    How can anyone who was interested in UNS still be interested with all this crap going on.
    Or their offer price keeps dropping possibly.
