    I thought there was a 10% limit BUT WHY are we required to vote on a possible 20% or more. Sorry I don't now or have an answer.

    If they could be issued 45M shares then that is 33% of the 139M before the deal was done.
    Or approx. 24% of the then total. 45M out of 185M. And even more if the SP goes below 50c.

    This company is on the ground, getting it guts kicked out of it.
