They can pay it out and I'd say Feb was chosen for a reason as the landscape will/should look different. It's just a pain in the neck to see the sp destruction happen as the conn note gets played against the company!
My only hope is that it hasn't delayed the review, the 3 months that has already passed as they negotiate the best deal. I doubt it is the touted SNY takeover some are suggesting, I think we will have a partner who should flush us with cash for a big stake.
But my fear is delay due to current activities with share issues nearly ever week, of a deal I think it should happen, let's hope they can put this to bed and reward holders with better feelings and sp
