Naish, lets focus on small mercies, the FUND has already converted nearly half of its (300 of 790) preferred stock for around 9 million shares. 6 million of which are in dispute.

If a positive MS Review outcome occurs this or next week, the FUND has little chance of getting a further 9 million shares from its remaining 490 preferred stock because they'll be converting at a much higher share price.
