In actual fact you r right TDA. Its a combo of things;
1. Parties who cant get sign-off due to time of yr
2. Mkts have essentially closed.
3. Mjr EQ shs
4. Debt shs
5. Parties who are playing hardball

Its all contrb to delays and putting MS review/outcome at risk. These event are ALL distracting mgmt from the operating activities of the bus. Hence the elevated risk.

All my ordrs filled yest. Avg now 12.8c. Activity suggests more than short positions.
