Lots of moving parts.

• Outcome of trigger dispute. I guess our lawyers dont have time to focus on the trigger dispute at this point if they are involved in the MS Review deliberations.
• Outcome of Morgan Stanley Review which gives the right for the company to buy out remaining preferred stock at price subject to outcome of trigger dispute. Will the MS Review push UNIS to $1.50 which makes the conversion of shares much more palatable to shareholders.
• So far, Virgin Island guys have converted 300 of their 790 preferred shares for about 9 million common stock. Subject to trigger dispute, they may have to return 6 million of those. I suppose they are helping depress stock price with constant leaking of shares onto market?
