Looks pretty good on the surface - will allow Nido to concentrate on the Philippines while seeing things progress rapidly in the North Sea.
I don't know much about the quality, size or prospectivity of the Virgo and Grove dirt but how do you feel about Nido getting 25% of the pre-IPO company, while contributing 8 of the 24 blocks? Does this seem a fair reflection of the value of the Nido blocks relative to the others?
