Thats exactly my thoughts. The directors played this just perfectly for themselves and their mates.
Asking for rights money for completing the gridComm transaction without confirming that the deal is signed and delivered is simply just ridiculous in a commercial sense.
Then also begging to get a big chunk of the rights issue as well. Only $645K requested and they wanted $144K in total without undergoing the 5:1 entitlement as shareholders had to.
Saw this coming and waiting for their games to start because they have had their fill now.
They control the capital structure of ODN is waiting for their games to start. Wont be hard to start coiling ODN up.
