    More importantly it means they have $19.25Mill in the bank,
    for what will they use the money, I would say some sort of expansion, but what.
    I would like to know.

    And who bought the shares.

    If someone bought 5 mill shares at $3.85 it would appear they are pretty confident of the company's future, it is a significant amount.

    Anyway we should hear more.
