From what I understand DigitalX is initially targeting users in the USA needing to send money ect to Latin American corridor, which it appears they have authority to do so.

When they branch out into other countries you would assume they would need the same licencing that they received in the USA to do so. For example India, China, Asia, Australia would have similar laws.

If they can receive licencing/authority in the states they would have no issues gaining it in additional countries/corridors/markets. Which you would assume they have been working on behind closed doors to achieve IMO.

In short focus on one of the biggest remittance markets in the world USA, then move on to others.
