    IMO, This is when shareholders lose faith in the company and can not trust the management's attitude anymore.

    Companies always call for a trading halt before a big long-awaited announcement to avoid any leaky ship, but surprisingly, this company puts out an update saying in COMING days allowing the SP to spike and release the BIG news the very next day for the sell-the-news.

    Totally disappointing...
