If you create an itunes account and set the region to US you can download the app in Aus. I was able to and completed the registration without issue. Installation all went smoothly and the confirmation text message came through immediately during registration. App seems slick and responsive but can't do too much with it for now.
Also if sub holder wants to sell all their shares that would likely be around 8-10million if they have only just stepped under the 5% threshold.
