One issue I have with the following -
1. Choose a phone number to top up
2. Select the amount you'd like to send
3. Pay with a credit card. Done!
They're assuming that the immigrants here are 'legal' and have bank accounts, good credit ratings and a credit card.
I have a pretty good credit rating but since I've only been in the US for two years I get declined for credit cards all the time because my credit history doesn't go back far enough.
Who then are they targeting?
