Seems like to some they are damned if they do ..and damned if they don't.
It's called keeping people (ie..the market) informed.
Not every announcement should be expected to contain highly sensitive information.........I for one (as a holder/investor) am bloody pleased to see them put up some information about their major partner..even if it is a few days old.....it allows me to follow up some research on the new execs and get a wider perspective on them....and a better understanding of the company itself.
Settle.............
