re: announcement-bbb - insider trading Andrew if BBB has spent time suspended then that is punishment for any past indiscretions.
She was giving her opinion regarding a merger and when she reckons the sp will move. That is how I took it anyway.
If she knows something, half her luck because apart from my confidence in the company and its fundamentals I really don't know what and when we will hear next from the management.
Takeovers, mergers, ripsnorter announcements,and exciting months coming are all just rumour, inuendo, and possibly just Chinese Whispers, imo. I reckon I have been the victim of a few misinterpreted rumours in my time as an investor. If you believe everything on a chat room, you need your head read. I only buy tips and rumours if the company in mention has something solid to support it if the tips and rumours are unfounded.
