Umm, it will go down of cause.
It means our shares no longer have as greater share of the company. i.e it will dilute our holdings.
On the upside though, they are probably issuing the extra shares to get the equity part of theirfinancing for their Lady Annie project.
Lets just hope they release the feasability study soon, and its NPV is up around 150 million. That would give us a shareprice of around 5 cents.
