Little doubt this CON-MAN has crossed paths with ASIC on other occasion(s). Insider trading and market manipulation are serious crimes and his days are numbered. It's impossible to achieve these levels without leaving a paper trail and I doubt very much that they will have the opportunity to take control of BRO from a prison cell.

I'm very surprised of Vaz's naivety, particularly in light of his hard work to expose the former corrupt directors of BRO.

Is there no place for an honest director in the current market place?
