My view is.........Positive for Anl, take overs panel rejected all complaints from Mongoose. Interesting to see Sherritts response to not taking up rights and losing xxxxxxxxx$$$$$, to protect its interests in ANL. Appears to me, mongoose was out foxed from the beginning. Too many big players with bigger investments in the future to allow a small predator to try to take advantage of the low price.
My personal view only, absolutley no-one should rely on my comments, I am expressing my personal opinion only. Even the take overs panel found the whole thing complex to understand.
