Now that Mooongose is out of the race for control of ANL, what Glencore has to do is to use the creep provisions to goto 50.1% and voila .. ANL is theirs.
But what would Monngoose do in the meantime?
exit ANL? Make another bid? or .... finally see the woods from the forrest.
