Yes unusual. The day before the announcement a drop in price. Then no rise on what I would consider fairly good news. Price should go up around March when they stsrt to place infrastructure. I have enough of these to hope one day they will make me wealthy. I suppose I am a believer. Ihave tried to trade a few times but have stopped doing this as I believe they are now a long term hold.
