I agree with the sentiment about minindi & zinc - that's the BIG thing but how much did MLS save on thius deal? ............. no wonder my Fox shares are dipping!!!!!!!


Under the previous agreement, Metals was required to make a further cash payment of $100,000 to Fox, and also to spend $500,000 within a short timeframe in order to earn an interest in the tenements. Metals would then both manage and fund the on going exploration over the project area. The restructured agreement results in Metals no longer having to make any payment to Fox, nor having to fund any exploration or other expenditure.
