I don't hold much of this stock, because its lack of movement has been bothering me, although I recognise the potential.

I read this mornings announcement, which IMHO demonstrates that project is commercially viable. I read this as a very good announcement. I agree with this posters sentiment it is a buy. (NB: My positions are usually long term)

I can't help wandering this this stock is undere accumulation whilst being capped. Does anybody else think that this is the case?
