Interesting announcement this morning from BRO regarding raising funds and retiring debts to strengthen their balance sheet and provide sufficeint capital for the forseeable future. They also talk about being in a better postion to more agressively market their products and being pleased to issue the securities at a premium to recent trading. They also mention they will provide an update soon on recent activities and provide an update on enhancing their produtcs, servicesand technology. Is their hope for investors yet? Time will tell.
