    This is a ''SMOKESCREEN'' they isseud shares a slight premium but they didnt say end cost to current shareholders re the bait they gave away in "OPTIONS"

    I bet the issued shares are to close mates of VAZ so he can retain control No doubt some recent small actions by shareholders had him rattled
