what do people think of this announcement? I think that the aquisition is a good one for the long term but short term I think it may have the opposite affect. The patents for the software are still pending after 18 years of development! IM Medical will facilitate completion of the development program over 6 months. More expenses in the short term? How is this being paid for? I wonder what the settlement conditions will be? Issue more shares? Is the Intelliheart not making as much money as projected and need a new aquisition? Will be interesting to see how the roll out in the other states is going. Hopefully we will see some good results.
