This is a great announcement. Before this IMI had just one product range and therefore the risk was substantial. But with each new product they can get, the risk drops.
That said, I would bet all my shares on the fact they havent started the interstate roll-out yet. There definately would be an announcement to help stem the falling share price.
My predictions are:
December - 1425 Tests (down due to christmas)
January - 1510 Tests (down due to holidays)
February - 1800 Tests (short month)
Still good for 4-5c long term.
